August 20th, Horsemanship 102

This free horsemanship 102 class is led by ENR'S volunteer: Kasie Holcomb. It is a stepping stone from our 101 horsemanship class. We will review our basic 101 material and will learn how to ask our horses to move working with pressure and release. In this class we will learn how to lunge, and round pen. 

102 is for Volunteers who have attended 101 OR have been taught by an ENR staff member how to halter, tie, lead, and are confident in doing all. Anyone is welcome to come and observe.

This class will be held from 11:30-1:00pm.

August 20th, Horsemanship 101 

This Horsemanship 101 class is led by ENR's volunteer; Kasie Holcomb. It will be held from 9:00am-11:00pm. It is a wonderful introduction to horses if you have never been around them or need to freshen up your horsemanship skills! We will be learning how to understand horses body language and how they communicate. We will also be learning basic skills like haltering, leading, and grooming. 

Saturday, December 6th, from 10:00am - 12:00pm 

Join us December 6th from 10:00am-12:00pm to label and package the Christmas cards we received! We will also be writing some additional cards to send and praying over the packages of cards before we send them out! 

Saturday, December 6th, from 3:00 - 6:00pm  

Join us Saturday December 6th, from 3:00-6:00pm for the Mayor's Christmas event along the main street of Elizabeth. We are setting up an informational table and are looking for 2-4 volunteers to help set up tear down and run the table! 

Event parking will be available at 151 S Banner Street, 589 S Banner Street and along all side streets.

This training will be held July 15th from 6:00-7:30pm 

These training are to help you feel confident serving with us day of. We ask that if you plan of helping out with Buckaroo Days this year you attend one. It is helpful if you can attend to one that is before the day(s) you are serving so you can become aquatinted with the team you will be serving with.

We have so many areas for you to help with, including horses, set up, tear down, food, crafts, games, hay rides, security, group leaders, etc...

Saturday,  September 13th, from 2:00-6:00pm at Running Creek Park in Elizabeth. 

For this Go Team event we will need 3-4 volunteers to help us run our booth. This also includes  any set up /tear down involved.

For this Pony Patrol event  we will need volunteers to help prepare the ponies, prepare the trailer with all supplies needed, hauling the ponies to and from the event, and help handling while at the event. We are looking for around 4 Volunteers.
