This Horsemanship 101 class is led by ENR's volunteer;  Kasie Holcomb. It will be held from 10:00am-12:00pm. It is a wonderful introduction to horses if you have never been around them or need to freshen up your horsemanship skills! We will be learning how to understand horses body language and how they communicate. We will also be learning basic skills like haltering, leading, and grooming. 

This free horsemanship 102 class is led by ENR'S volunteer: Kasie Holcomb. It is a stepping stone from our 101 horsemanship class. We will review our basic 101 material and will learn how to ask our horses to move working with pressure and release. In this class we will learn how to lunge, and round pen. 

102 is for Volunteers who have attended 101 OR have been taught by an ENR staff member how to halter, tie, lead, and are confident in doing all. Anyone is welcome to come and observe.

This class will be held March 15th  from 12:30-2:30pm.

Join us from 2:30-4:00pm to do some chores around the Ranch! The volunteer time might include sweeping, mucking, filling/cleaning troughs, dusting, organizing, cleaning tack, taking out trash, grooming, and other general upkeep.
